Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Yusri Yunus mengatakan Gisel dan pria berinisial MYD mengakui sebagai pemeran dalam video syur yang viral.
Gisel beserta pria berinisial MYD resmi ditetapkan tersangka dalam perkara tersebut. Keduanya terancam UU Pornografi.
Kasus video syur mirip Artis Gisella Anastasia yang ditangani Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Metro Jaya menemui titik terang.
“Hasil gelar perkara yang kita lakukan kemarin sore baru selesai. Menaikan status yang tadinya saksi kepada saudari GA (Gisel) dan saudara MYd sebagai tersangka,” kata Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri Yunus di Mapolda Metro Jaya, Selasa (29/12/2020).
Yusri Yunus mengatakan, berdasarkan pemeriksaan, GA dan MYD mengaku membuat video syur tersebut pada tahun 2017 di sebuah hotel di Kota Medan.
Yusri mengatakan, penetapan tersangka terhadap Gisel tersebut diambil berdasarkan bukti petunjuk, keterangan saksi ahli dan juga hasil forensik.
Gisel juga mengakui bahwa yang ada dalam video tersebut merupakan dirinya.
“Juga keterangan dari saudari GA dan MYD, bahwa saudari GA mengakui, dikuatkan lagi oleh ahli forensik yang ada, ahli IT, dan saudari GA mengakui dan MYD mengakui bahwa itu yang ada di video tersebut yang beredar di media sosial, itu adalah dirinya sendiri,” ungkapnya.
