Mesin gerobak motor (germor) yang rusak

Jakarta, BarisanBerita.com,- Operasional pengangkutan sampah di Kelurahan Cilandak Barat jadi terganggu akibat sejumlah gerobak Motor (Germor) rusak parah.

Kepala Seksi Ekbang Kelurahan Cilandak Barat, R Jajang, pekan lalu, mengakui ada 6 germor yang rusak. “Akibat germor rusak pengangkutan sampah sempat mengalami gangguan, terpaksa pakai mobil bak terbuka,” katanya.

Kondisi serupa dialami di Kelurahan Bukit Duri, sekitar 4 germor rusak belum bisa diperbaiki.  “Bengkel resminya tidak ada, sehingga kami kesulitan untuk memperbaikinya,” kata Lurah Bukit Duri, Ahmad Syarief, pekan silam.

Hal serupa terjadi di Kelurahan Gandaria Selatan, 2 germor rusak.

Kondisi Germor yang rusak ini hampir rata-rata dialami seluruh kelurahan di Jakarta Selatan, hal itu juga diperparah dengan dihentikannya anggaran pemeliharaan Germor untuk tahun 2020.

Bahkan di salah satu kelurahan, petugas PPSU terpaksa patungan untuk memperbaiki Germor yang rusak. “Kita terpaksa disuruh patungan, pak, untuk benerin Germor rusak ini,” kata anggota PPSU yang tak mau disebut namanya.

Dari penelusuran BarisanBerita.com, germor tersebut merupakan bantuan dari Dinas KLH DKI Jakarta untuk tahun anggaran 2016 hingga 2019.

Anehnya, dalam setiap pengadaan Germor tersebut, kualitas kendaraan germor rusak dengan kondisi yang sama, seperti mesin mudah panas, rumah kopling yang sering rusak, hingga kanpas kopling yang mudah aus.

“Semua merek Tiongkok, pak. Kita kanibalin (memakai spart part seadanya-red) aja walau hasilnya tetap tidak maksimal,” kata salah satu teknisi di kawasan Otista, Jakarta Timur, yang kerap memperbaiki germor di Jakarta Selatan.

Sementara, sumber media ini menyebut, pengadaan germor untuk seluruh kelurahan di DKI Jakarta harus diusut karena banyak kejanggalan. “Ini aneh, sudah tahu bermasalah, tapi tiap tahun terus saja dibeli. Germor itu tak ada bengkel resminya, dan kualitasnya dipertanyakan. Proses lelang pengadaan germor tersebut harus diusut!” tegasnya.
