Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat menggelar operasi tangkap tangan terhadap dua orang oknum aparatur sipil negara berinisial APS dan HF di ruang Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) Kabupaten Bekasi, atas dugaan tindak pidana pemerasan.

“Dua orang kita amankan, aparatur sipil negara yang diduga menyalahgunakan kewenangan,” kata Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Bekasi Ricky Setiawan Anas di Cikarang, mengutip dari Antara, Rabu (30/3/2022).

Dia mengatakan penangkapan tersebut berdasarkan laporan korban atas tindak pemerasan oleh kedua aparatur yang diduga berasal dari BPK perwakilan Provinsi Jawa Barat. APS diketahui merupakan Ketua Tim sedangkan HF anggota tim audit BPK Jawa Barat.

APS dan HF menerima surat tugas dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Perwakilan Provinsi Jawa Barat untuk melakukan pemeriksaan terinci atas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah tahun 2021 pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Bekasi. Keduanya bertugas selama 30 hari di BPKD Kabupaten Bekasi.

Dari penangkapan keduanya, penyidik berhasil mengamankan barang bukti sejumlah uang yang diduga hasil pemerasan kedua terduga pelaku terhadap korban.

“Uang sedang kita hitung, lumayan banyak, ada ratusan juta. Kedua orang ini kita amankan selama satu kali 24 jam, nanti setelah alat bukti cukup kita tingkatkan statusnya,” katanya.

“Mereka ditangkap di satu tempat. Di hotel cuma penggeledahan. Tidak ada tersangka lain,” imbuh dia.

Ia menegaskan pihaknya hingga kini masih melakukan pendalaman dengan mengumpulkan alat-alat bukti. Ricky memastikan dalam waktu dekat sudah ada penetapan hukum lebih lanjut terkait penangkapan hari ini.

“Secepatnya, paling tidak besok pagi kami akan melakukan rilis ulang dengan memanggil teman-teman. Yang pasti kasusnya dugaan pemerasan berdasarkan laporan. Kalau ada yang diperas, berarti ada yang tidak senang. Dasar penangkapan, laporan dari korban yang keberatan dengan pemerasan itu,” kata dia.
