Bogor, Barisan Berita.com,- Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Bogor Burhanudin didampingi Ketua TP-PKK Kabupaten Bogor Halimatusadiyah Iwan, menghadiri kegiatan Jabar Stunting Summit tahun 2022, di Aula Gedung Sate, Kota Bandung, demikian disampaikan Dinas Kominfo Kab.Bogor melalui realease yang diterima media ini, Rabu (14/12/22).

Gubernur Jawa Barat, Ridwan Kamil mengatakan bahwa, berkaitan dengan masalah kesehatan merupakan tanggung jawab semua pihak termasuk masalah stunting karena masalah kesehatan akan berdampak terhadap peradaban.

“Untuk itu kami minta kepada seluruh Kepala Daerah untuk berkomitmen melakukan tanggungjawab menangani permasalahan kesehatan,” ujar Ridwan Kamil.

Gubernur Jabar mengungkapkan, kegiatan Jabar Stunting Summit tahun 2022 ini, merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam memberikan penghargaan dan apresiasi terhadap pemerintah yang senantiasa berkomitmen dan berinovasi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap penanganan dan penurunan angka stunting di Jawa Barat.

“Jika masalah kesehatan atau stunting dibiarkan hal itu akan menambah beban negara, jika masyarakatnya tidak sehat, upaya pemberantasan stunting melalui inovasi baru harus dioptimalkan, agar anak-anak kita terjaga dan tumbuh,” ungkap Ridwan Kamil.

Menkes RI, Budi Gunadi Sadikin menjelaskan, stunting berdampak signifikan terhadap rendahnya intelektual masyarakat, beberapa program yang dilakukan antara lain, pemenuhan kadar gizi, edukasi massif kepada masyarakat terutama ibu hamil dan yang memiliki bayi dan balita, dan lainnya.

“Pencegahan stunting sangat penting, untuk menentukan baik kesehatan masyarakat juga negara kita, menjaga agar tidak stunting, kita harus melakukan intervensi ke ibunya, si balita, remaja sampai sebelum menikah, diukur jangan sampai anemia, jangan sampai stunting,” jelasnya.
