BarisanBerita.com,- Faktor ekonomi menjadi penyebab nomor satu kasus perceraian. Tren judi online pun makin memperparah kondisi tersebut, diiringi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.

Sebanyak 971 pasangan suami istri melaporkan rencana perceraian di Pengadilan Agama (PA) Bojonegoro. Penyebab perceraian diantaranya karena kecanduan judi online yang dilaporkan sebanyak 179 kasus. Suami yang kecanduan judi online karena malas kerja, hal tersebut menimbulkan pertengkaran dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT).

“Pertengkarannya berimbas pada KDRT, itu paling banyak kasusnya. Kemudian (suami) kecanduan judi online, dia akan melakukan sesuatu yang membabi buta, menjual semua asetnya. Yang kemarin istri marah-marah karena utangnya banyak,” ujar Ketua Panitera Pengadilan Agama Bojonegoro Solikin Jamik, seperti dikutip dari kanal YouTube Lintas iNews, Selasa (14/5/2024).

Solikin menyebut selain kecanduan judi online, tingginya kasus perceraian di Bojonegoro disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain seperti tingkat pendidikan rendah dan kemiskinan.

Hal tersebut tentu menjadi perhatian bagi masyarakat. ”Diperlukan langkah-langkah preventif dan intervensi yang tepat untuk mengatasi masalah ini dan menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga di wilayah ini. Untuk itu saya mengimbau agar masalah perceraian ini menjadi perhatian khusus pemerintah setempat,” tutup Solikin.
