TUNTAS REHABILITASI RUANG KELAS SD DAN SMP
Sebagai mendukung pencapaian Pancakarsa Bogor Cerdas, serta menunjang kualitas pembelajaran peserta didik dalam menempuh pelayanan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor melalui Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bogor melakukan serangkaian pengembangan sarana fisik bagi jenjang Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) sebagai berikut :
Jenjang SD target 1663 ruang kelas, Realisasi 919 tahun 2019, 772 tahun 2020, 669 tahun 2021, Capaian 2360 dengan selisih 697, Perencanaan tahun 2022 154, program melampaui target pada tahun 2021.
Jenjang SMP target 249 ruang kelas, Realisasi 65 tahun 2019, 36 tahun 2020, 209 tahun 2021, Capaian 310 dengan selisih 61, Perencanaan tahun 2022 55, program melampaui target pada tahun 2021.
PELAYANAN PKBM BAGI PESANTREN SALAFIYAH
Adalah upaya untuk meningkatkan capaian Rata-rata Lama Sekolah (RLS) di Kabupaten Bogor yaitu pelayanan Pendidikan Non Formal setara SD, SMP dan SMA bagi santri di Pesantren, melalui KEJAR (Kelompok Belajar) Paket A, B, dan C dalam bentuk kerjasama antara Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah dengan pengelola PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat): Jumlah Lembaga 58, Jumlah Kecamatan 28, Jumlah Popes 171, jumlah warga belajar Paket A 298, Paket B 3077, Paket C 3617, Total warga belajar 6992, Jumlah Tutor 600.
Porgram layanan pendidikan Inklusif dilakukan Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bogor untuk memberikan pemerataan dan kesamarataan layanan pendidikan baik formal ataupun non formal bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) dalam mengenyam jenjang pendidikan yang berkualitas. Program ini diterapkan di semua jejang pendidikan mulai dari TK/PAUD, SD, SMP dan hingga Pendidikan Non Formal (PNF) di Kabupaten Bogor: Jumlah Lembaga TK/PAUD 42, SD 238, SMP 65, Jumlah Guru 805, Jumlah siswa inklusuf 2486.
PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN MELALUI BANTUAN SEKOLAH DAN GURU MADRASAH.
Sebagai bentuk pemerataan pendidikan dan menciptakan layanan pendidikan yang merata bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Bogor. Pemerintah Daerah melalui Dinas Pendidikan yang berkerjasama dengan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bogor, memberikan bantuan instentif bagi tenaga pendidik pada jenjang SD,SMP, RA,MI, dan MTs.
Program pemberian insentif guru honor di madrasah: MI, Mts, Raudhatul Athfal, tahun 2019 realisasi 2597, tahun 2020 realisasi 4582, tahun 2021 realissasi 3460, total 10.639, Perencanaan tahun 2022 : MI 1.925, Mts 1.068, RA 509.

PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN
Sebagai bentuk perhatian dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor, dalam hal ini Dinas Pendidikan mengadakan program bantuan insentif bagi tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan honorer (Non PNS) di sekolah negeri yang dipetakan dari lama masa mengabdi, sebagai motivasi dan bentuk rasa terimakasih pemerintah atas jasa dan pengabdian dalam proses layanan pendidikan di daerah.
Besaran bantuan insentif tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dibagi menjadi tiga katagori yang diantaranya :
Masa mengabdi 2 – 5 tahun, Besar bantuan Rp.600.000,- dengan jumlah tenaga pendidik 2460, Tenaga Kependidikan 1357.
Masa mengabdi 5-12 tahun, Besaran bantuan Rp. 850.000,- dengan jumlah tenaga pendidik 2202.
Masmengabdi lebih dari 12 tahun, Besaran Bantuan Rp.1.100.000,- dengan jumlah tenaga pendidik 2229, tenaga kependidikan 186.
Jumlah keseluruhan tenaga pendidik 6891, tenaga kependidikan 1543, total 8434.

INSENTIF GURU PAUD
Guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan bagi tenaga pendidik di jenjang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di Kabupaten Bogor. Pemerintah daerah melalui Dinas Pendidikan memberikan insentif kesejahteraan tenaga pendidik PAUD yang dibagikan dalam dua tahap per-enam bulan dan disalurkan melalui rekening perbankan masing-masing penerima bantuan: Jumlah penerima 6.250 orang, besaran bantuan Rp.200.000/bulan.(adv/Rovan/sumber disdik kab.bogor).
