Jakarta, BarisanBerita.com,- Pemberian barang gratis berupa mesin jahit, blender, oven, mixer dan vacuum sealer oleh Sudin Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah (PPKUKM) Jakarta Selatan, diduga banyak tak tepat sasaran.
Untuk diketahui, pembagian mesin jahit diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan fashion dan craft. Sedangkan blender, oven, mixer dan vacuum sealer untuk peserta pelatihan kuliner.
Kegiatan pelatihan keterampilan dan pemberian barang gratis tersebut masuk dalam mata kegiatan “Koordinasi, Sinkronisasi, dan Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Sumber Daya Industri”, dengan nilai anggaran Rp 15.378.803.684.00 tahun 2023 (pelatihan keterampilan dan pengurusan sertifikat halal).
Namun, dikatakan sumber berinisial AN, pelaksanaan kursus keterampilan yang dilakukan Sudin PPKUKM Jaksel diduga bermasalah mulai dari awal perekrutan anggota.
“Perekrutan peserta kursus dan pembagian barang gratis diduga dilakukan asal-asalan,” kata AN, Kamis, (30/11/2023).

Hasilnya, perekrutan peserta dan pemberian barang gratis tersebut terkesan asal-asalan alias tak tepat sasaran. Seperti terjadi di sejumlah kelurahan di Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan, sejumlah peserta pelatihan keterampilan ternyata merupakan pegawai PJLP di sejumlah kantor kelurahan dan bukan warga yang benar-benar membutuhkan.
Salah satu pegawai PJLP berinisial “I” yang mengikuti pelatihan craft dan mendapat mesin jahit gratis mengatakan, dirinya tiba-tiba diminta untuk ikut pelatihan tersebut, dan barang gratis yang diterimanya pun belum terpakai. “Mesin jahitnya belum saya buka dari kardus karena saya sibuk sebagai pegawai PJLP,” katanya, Rabu, (29/11/2023)
Begitupun di kawasan Kecamatan Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan, salah satu istri PPSU malah menjadi peserta pelatihan keterampilan tesebut.
“Iya, istri salah satu anggota PPSU jadi peserta kursus kuliner yang digelar Sudin PPKUKM,” kata salah satu anggota PPSU di Kelurahan di Kecamatan Jagakarsa.
Berdasarkan pernyataan sejumlah lurah, pemberitahuan tentang pelatihan entrepreneur oleh Sudin PPKUMK Jaksel sama sekali tidak menggunakan surat undangan resmi. “Kami diberitahu secara lisan dan dadakan oleh orang dari Sudin PPKUKM,” kata satu lurah yang tak ingin disebutkan namanya.
“Terpaksa kami mendaftarkan nama-nama pegawai PJLP di kelurahan ini. Andai ada surat undangan resmi, kami kan bisa mendaftarkan warga yang membutuhkan tanpa dikejar-kejar deadline dan acara dadakan seperti ini,” kata lurah tersebut.
Kapala Sudin PPKUKM Jakarta Selatan, Rulian Tampubolon, saat akan dikonfrmasi tidak berada di tempat.
“Pak Sudin sedang rapat, pak,” kata staf bernama Vira, Selasa, (19/12/2023).
