Seorang pria berinisial AS (32) harus berurusan dengan aparat polisi setelah tepergok melakukan pencurian. Nekatnya, AS mencuri Al-Qur’an dari sebuah masjid di Ciledung, Kota Tangerang.
Bukan cuma 1 Al-Qur’an yang dia curi. Melainkan ada 30 Al-Qur’an yang dibawa kabur AS dari masjid tersebut.
Dilansir detikcom, peristiwa itu terjadi pada Selasa 5 Januari 2021. Saat itu, AS dipergoki warga usai mencuri Al-Qur’an.
“Kurang-lebih 30 (Al-Quran dicuri),” ujar Kapolsek Ciledug Kompol Wisnu Wardana saat dihubungi detikcom, Rabu (6/1/2021).
Aksi pencurian pelaku ini direkam oleh warga. Dalam video yang beredar, tampak pria yang memakai kemeja merah itu dikawal oleh sejumlah polisi.
Pria itu dibawa ke sebuah mobil berwarna hitam. Polisi kemudian mengamankan AS ke Polsek Ciledug untuk dimintai keterangan.
Dalam keterangan di video, disebutkan pria tersebut mencuri Al-Qur’an untuk dijual lagi. Pelaku juga disebut sudah sering terlihat oleh warga.
