Jakarta, Barisanberitacom – Fenomena kelompok orang yang bertindak bak seorang paparazi masih terjadi di Indonesia. Paparazi menggunakan foto hasil penguntitannya, hingga menemukan celah untuk melakukan pemerasan terhadap target yang umumnya para pejabat yang memiliki kedudukan, pangkat atau jabatan.
Mereka melakukan bargaining position agar hasil penguntitannya tersebut tidak dipublikasikan dengan imbalan sejumlah uang yang nominalnya sangat besar. Tak hanya gertakan untuk mempublikasikan saja, bahkan paparazi tak segan mengancam akan memberitahukan anggota keluarga mengenai perbuatan target yang biasanya terkait dugaan asusila dengan teman wanita.
Tak jarang pejabat yang menjadi target pemerasan melakukan perlawanan dengan melaporkan kondisi yang dialaminya kepada aparat penegak hukum. Kemudian, dibuat skenario untuk menjebak para pelaku.
DH, mantan wartawan lokal di Bekasi, pernah meliput terkait sepak terjang para paparazi ini. Saat itu, korbannya adalah pejabat di Pemerintah Kota Bekasi.
“Korban dipergoki di Puncak Bogor berduaan dengan wanita, terus diminta uang Rp 100 juta agar tidak dipublikasikan atau diberitahukan kepada anggota keluarganya,” ujar DH pada Kamis (2/12/2021).
Saat bertemu di lokasi, pejabat ini hanya menyanggupi untuk membayar Rp 3 juta. Pejabat itu menjanjikan akan memberikan uang sisanya di Kota Bekasi, beberapa hari kemudian.
“Mereka janjian bertemu di Rumah Makan Arauna, untuk membayar uang sisanya,” ungkapnya.
Rupanya, si korban sudah melaporkan kejadian ini ke aparat Polrestro Bekasi Kota. Kemudian, dibuat skenario penangkapan dengan dalih pemerasan.
“Ada lima orang ditangkap saat itu dengan tuduhan pemerasan,” tuturny
Kasus lain, kata DH, seorang dokter Puskesmas Rawa Tembaga, yang turun dari mobil bersamaan dengan seorang laki-laki. Peristiwa itu difoto dan korban kemudian diminta uang Rp 50 juta agar tidak dipublikasikan atau diberitahukan kepada anggota keluarganya.
Istilah paparazi berasal dari bahasa Italia yang merujuk pada fotografer lepas yang sering membuntuti orang ternama atau orang terkenal untuk mengambil gambar atau foto dari orang tersebut tanpa disadari.
Terbaru, fenomena paparazi ini mencuat seiring dengan peristiwa penembakan oleh anggota Satuan Patroli Jalan Raya (PJR) Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya di Tol Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR), tepatnya di Exit Tol Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan pada Sabtu, (27/11/2021) dini hari.
Peristiwa itu menyebabkan satu orang meningal dunia dan seorang lainnya mengalami luka tembak. Untuk kasus pidananya, kepolisian tengah mengusut keterlibatan Ipda OS yang bertugas sebagai anggota PJR di tol tersebut.
Sejauh ini, polisi menduga peristiwa itu bermula dari telepon seorang pria berinisial O kepada Ipda OS. Saat itu, O menelpon Ipda OS karena merasa dibuntuti oleh sejumlah kendaraan dari Hotel Kedaton Bogor. O sempat menurunkan seorang wanita di Depok. Perjalanan O berlanjut hingga terjadi peristiwa penembakan di depan Kantor PJR Induk IV Tol Bintaro, Jakarta Selatan.
Belum diketahui secara pasti identitas pria berinisial O yang disebut staf pejabat di DKI tersebut.
“Kita dukung Kepolisian mengusut kasus pidananya (penembakan) hingga tuntas. Tapi, kita juga berharap agar fenomena paparazi ini, tak terulang kembali. Fenomena ini jelas merusak dunia pers,” kata DH.
Dia menegaskan, modus yang dilakukan oleh kelompok di Tol Bintaro sama persis dengan modus yang pernah terjadi di Kota Bekasi beberapa waktu lalu. Hanya saja, untuk lebih lengkapnya menunggu penyidikan Kepolisian.
Sebelumnya, Polda Metro Jaya mengungkapkan, anggota Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya diduga sebagai pelaku penembakan terhadap dua orang di exit Tol Bintaro.
“Pelakunya adalah Ipda OS,” kata Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Endra Zulpan saat jumpa pers, Selasa (30/11/2021).
Ipda OS tercatat sebagai anggota Satuan PJR Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya. Zulpan mengatakan, Ipda OS sudah diamankan oleh Polda Metro Jaya dan pihaknya masih mendalami motif pelaku melakukan penembakan tersebut. Saat ini, Bidang Propam Polda Metro Jaya serta Divisi Propam Mabes Polri pun masih memeriksa intensif Ipda OS.
