Jakarta, BarisanBerita.com,- Kelurahan Gandaria Utara, Kecamatan Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan melakukan kegiatan monitoring ke rumah-rumah warga untuk mengecek jentik nyamuk yang menyebabkan terjadinya Demam Berdarah.
Lurah Gandaria Utara, Muhammad Fahri mengatakan, pihaknya selalu mengerahkan petugas jumantik untuk melakukan PSN ke sejumlah rumah warga untuk memeriksa jentik nyamuk. “PSN lebih efektif dalam menekan penyebaran DBD di wilayah ini,” katanya, Rabu, (12/04/2023).
“Seperti biasa kami melakukan PSN dengan mengerahkan petugas jumantik ke beberapa RW untuk memeriksa jentik nyamuk. Kami melakukan kegiatan tersebut seminggu tiga kali, apabila terjadi peningkatan kasus demam berdarah dan kalau kasusnya tidak meningkat, maka kami melakukannya seminggu sekali,” kata Fahri.
Fahri melanjutkan, pihaknya juga bersinergi dengan pengurus masjid untuk mengimbau warga supaya selalu hidup bersih dengan membersihkan lingkungan.
Kelurahan Gandaria Utara juga diberi obat abate dari Puskesmas beserta petunjuk penggunaan obat kepada para petugas jumantik yang akan memeriksa jentik nyamuk di rumah warga.
“Di kesempatan ini, saya selalu mengimbau kepada warga Gandaria Utara agar tetap hidup bersih dengan selalu menjaga lingkungan dengan melakukan tiga M, yaitu membersihkan, menguras, dan mengubur benda yang tidak terpakai yang menyebabkan demam berdarah,” tutup Fahri.
