Pengamat politik Universitas Paramadina Ahmad Khoirul Umam menyebut hengkangnya Maruarar tersebut menjadi alarm akan terjadinya ‘bedol desa’ atau migrasi besar-besaran dari dalam apabila PDI-P tak segera mengonsolidasikan internalnya.
Mengingat, Maruarar bukan satu-satunya nama yang akhirnya memilih berpisah dengan PDI-P. Sebelumnya ada dua kader PDI-P yang telah hengkang meski statusnya dipecat.
Keduanya yakni Budiman Sudjatmiko dan Wali Kota Medan Bobby Nasution yang kini mendukung Prabowo-Gibran alih-alih berpihak ke pasangan Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud MD yang diusung PDI-P.
“Langkah Maruarar dan Budiman ini harus menjadi peringatan serius bagi PDI-P agar tidak terjadi bedol deso lebih lanjut dari para politisi muda PDI-P untuk bergeser ke posisi seberang, khususnya di tim Prabowo-Gibran yang didukung penuh oleh Jokowi,” kata Umam kepada Kompas.com, Senin malam.
Umam menuturkan, apabila Maruarar pada akhirnya berlabuh ke pasangan calon yang didukung Jokowi, sang kepala negara pun bisa anggap menjadi simbol perlawanan kader-kader muda PDI-P terhadap elite partai banteng.
Jika itu benar-benar terjadi, loyalitas mereka kepada Jokowi otomatis telah melunturkan loyalitasnya kepada ideologi partai yang disemai selama ini.
Karena itu, hengkangnya politikus muda PDI-P dianggap akan memberikan dampak psikologis sekaligus menurunkan moril perjuangan dan kepercayaan diri sebagian kader PDI-P lainnya.
Terlebih, mereka tengah berupaya mengonsolidasikan infrastruktur pemenangan Ganjar-Mahfud di fase akhir jelang hari pencoblosan pada 14 Februari 2024.
Untuk itu, Umam menambahkan, penting bagi PDI-P agar segera mengonsolidasikan internalnya agar ‘bedol desa’ benar-benar dapat diantisipasi.
“Supaya migrasi simpul-simpul kekuatan politik PDI-P tidak berlanjut, maka PDI-P harus segera mengonsolidasikan kembali kekuatan kader-kadernya, agar tidak mencair karena alasan pragmatisme dan oportunisme,” pungkasnya.
