Jakarta, BarisanBerita.com,- Tantangan Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan sudah beberapa bulan terjadi praktik bongkar muat tidak kurang dari 55 ‘Grobak Motor’ (germor) bermuatan sampah dan puluhan grobak pengangkut sampah dari warga Kelurahaan Pondok Labu, Kecamatan Cilandak, Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, di tepi Jalan Andara di bawah jembatn Tol kawasan RT. 008/RW. 009 dan RT. 011/RW. 009, mresahkan Warga sekitar.
Hal itu dikarenakan bau busuk yang sangat menyengat dan mengusik kenyamanan Warga sekitar serta mengganggu pengendara yang lalu lalang di kawasan tersebut dan kawasan itu pun menjadi sarang nyamuk.
Yang lebih mengherankannya lagi, bahwa praktik bongkar muat sampah yang bau menyengat di tepi jalan protokol sudah terjadi beberapa bulan, namun Wali Kota Jakarta Selatan, Munjirin terkesan tak peduli, sehingga adanya rumor yang berkembang dan menjadi buah bibir, bahwa diduga adanya sejumlah oknum pejabat di Jakarta Selatan yang dekat dengan praktik bongkar muat sampah bertindak masa bodoh tersebut merupakan cermin dari karakter pejabat kaleng-kaleng dan diharapkan Gubernur Anies Baswedan mengevaluasi pejabat tersebut.
Demikian sumber yang berinisial An membeberkan kepada sejumlah Wartawan, di kawasan Kecamatan Cilandak Jaksel, Kamis, (11/8/2022).
An menambahkan, bahwa praktik bongkar muat sampah di tepi jalan protokol di kawasan Kec. Cilandak tersebut merupakan krisis moral para oknum pejabat di lingkungn institusi Kec. Cilandak dan jajarannya, dan hal tersebut merupakan contoh yang tidak perlu ditiru oleh para pejabat di DKI yang memiliki kinerja yang baik, “Padahal Mereka bekerja tidak terlalu berat tapi TKD-nya wah banget,” kata An geram.
Yang jelas, kata An, bahwa Gubernur DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan tidak tahu bahwa di lingkungan rumah tinggalnya terdapat adanya Bongkar muat sampah di tepi jalan protokol yang sangat mencoreng kewibawaannya tersebut, lalu tugas Walikota Munjirin, pejabat di Kec. Cilandak dan sejumlah lurah yang berdekatan dengan lokasi tersebut tugasnya apa, “Sampai tidak tahu bahwa di Kec. Cilandak tidak ada LPSnya,” ujar An terheran-heran.
Buntut berlarut-larutnya penanganan keresahan Warga akibat dari tempat pembuangan sampah liar di tepi Jalan protokol Andara tersebut, membuat puluhan pemuda Kelurahan Pondok Labu melakukan protes terhadap pengelola pembuangan sampah liar di Jalan Andara yang bernama Iwang.
X San, Tokoh pemuda Kelurahan Lebak Bulus didampingi puluhan warga kepada sejumlah Wartawan di kawasan Jalan Andara, Kamis, (11/8/2022) mengatakan, bahwa pihaknya mendatangi pengelola tempat bongkar muat sampah dari 65 armada pngangkut sampah ke atas truk yang disediakan Sudin Lingkungan Hidup Jaksel, pertama agar segera di pindahkan ketempat lain, karena di kawasan Jalan Andara merupakan Jalan protokol, di samping itu kegiatan tersebut meresahkan Warga sekitar karena udara kawasan tersebut tercemar oleh bau busuk serta tempat tersebut menjadi kumuh dan mengakibatkan saluran menjadi mampet.
Di samping itu X san juga meminta kepada Walikota Jaksel, Mujirin, Camat Cilandak serta Lurah Pondok Labu agar segera merespon keresahan Warga sekitar, “Sebaiknya Pak Walikota, Pak Camat dan Pak Lurah meninjau langsung ke lokasi tempat bongkar muat sampah liar tersebut, dan bila perlu pihak Pak Ka. Sudin Lingkungaan Hidup juga jangan memberikan fasilitas Truk, karena hal itu dianggap Bapak Ka. Sudin merestui adanya kegiatan liar tersebut,” kata X san.
Sedangkan Iwang selaku pengelola didampingi Ketua RT. 011/RW. 09 saat dikonfirmasi sejumlah Warawan mengatakan, bahwa pihaknya siap pindah kapan pun, “kalau misalnya besok ada lahan untuk kegiatan bongkar muat sampah Saya mau pindah Pak,” kata Iwang.
Berkaitan dengan adanya praktik bongkar muat sampah di tepi Jalan protokol, Wartawan menghubungi Walikota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan Munjirin di Kantornya, Kamis, (11/8/2022) namun yang bersangkutan tidak berada di tempat.
