Jakarta, BarisanBerita.com,- Pelaksanaan program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) di Kelurahan Bukit Duri, Jakarta Selatan, yang digelar dari tahun 2018 hingga 2019, ternyata tak banyak diminati warga.
Pasalnya, warga yang memiliki tanah di kawasan tersebut terkendala dengan Status Tanah Sewa Kota Praja, artinya warga yang ingin mensertifikasi tanahnya harus terlebih dulu melunasi uang sewa kepada Pemrov DKI.
Kasi Pemerintahan Kelurahan Bukit Duri, Risman, mengatakan status “Tanah Sewa Kota Praja” menjadi hambatan bagi warga untuk mengurus sertifikasi tanah mereka.
“Pada Pergub DKI No. 239 Tahun 2015, mengharuskan warga untuk melakukan pembayaran sewa dengan ketentuan; Luas Tanah x NJOP x 25%,” kata Risman, Kamis, (18/3/2021).
Risman menambahkan, akibat ketentuan tersebut, nilai sewa yang harus dibayar menjadi sangat mahal, sehingga warga terpaksa tak melanjutkan atau memilih menunda ikut program PTSL.
“Hampir 95 persen status tanah warga di kelurahan Bukit Duri merupakan tanah sewa kota praja,” ujar Risman.
Namun Risman tak bisa memberi tahu berapa banyak total bidang tanah warga dengan status tersebut, dan yang mengikuti program PTSL.
“Data PTSL ada di Pokmas, kami tak memiliki data tersebut. Coba tanya ke mereka,” pungkas Risman.
