Lurah Tebet Barat, Drs. H. Rahmat Basuki, M.Si, saat dikonfirmasi, Kamis, (11/2/2021), membenarkan nilai anggaran tersebut. “Iya memang sebesar itu,” katanya.
Rahmat Basuki beralasan, sedikitnya anggaran untuk pemeliharaan gedung dikarenakan kebijakan Pemprov DKI yang masih fokus pada penanganan wabah covid-19, dan juga kebutuhan yang memang tidak banyak pada item pemeliharaan tersebut. ”Anggaran tersebut hanya untuk penerangan gedung,” ujarnya.
“Saya memang sengaja mengusulkan anggaran pemeliharaan gedung sesuai kebutuhan, sehingga tidak berlawanan dengan kebijakan Pemrpv DKI yang saat ini fokus covid-19,” ungkap Rahmat.
Di sisi lain, Rahmat juga mengatakan selama ini dalam perencanaan anggaran, pihaknya selalu mengutamakan asas kehati-hatian, sehingga semua anggaran yang dipakai dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. “Saya hanya ingin bekerja sesuai aturan, dan juga jangan sampai terkesan asal-asalan dalam mengelola anggaran,” terangnya.
Tenyata dari data yang diperoleh media ini, anggaran pemeliharaan gedung di Kelurahan Tebet Barat tersebut, “kalah jauh” dengan kelurahan-kelurahan di Jakarta Timur yang nilai anggarannya rata-rata di atas Rp 100 juta.
Pengamat Perkotaan, M Fadli mengatakan penghematan yang dilakukan Lurah Tebet Barat patut diapresiasi, karena bisa menjadi contoh pejabat lain, agar jangan sembarangan merencanakan anggaran. “Ini menarik, ada kelurahan di DKI yang mampu mengiris anggaran hingga setipis itu alias bisa berhemat banyak. Patut diapresiasi dan dijadikan contoh,” katanya.
