Anggaran Penyelesaian Sengketa Pertanahan Walkot Jaksel Cuma Rp 31 Jutaan

Jakarta, BarisanBerita.com,- Pada tahun Anggaran (TA) 2022, Pemerintah Kota Adminsitrasi Jakarta Selatan mengganggarkan kegiatan Penyelesaian Sengketa Pertanahan Rp 31.680.000. Angka ini tergolong kecil jika dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya.

Dari sumber APBD TA 2022, Pemkot Jaksel juga menganggarkan Pengurusan Perkara di Pengadilan Rp 160.645.000.

Berdasarkan rincian yang terjadi pada tahun 2020, penggunaan anggaran untuk perkara sengketa tanah dan perkara di pengadilan TA 2022 kemungkin sama, antara lain berupa:

1. Penyelesaian Sengketa Hukum Tingkat Kota/Kabupaten berupa: penyediaan snack Rapat/Bimbingan Teknis /dan atau kegiatan sejenisnya.
2. Pengurusan Perkara di Pengadilan Tingkat Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, berupa:
